FAQ
When do I get paid?+
Monthly. Earnings are settled on the 5th of each month for the previous calendar month, after the standard 14-day refund window has closed.
What payout methods are supported?+
Bank transfer (DZ + international), CineDZ Credits ledger, and Stripe Express where available. The dashboard shows which methods are eligible for your country.
Are payouts in DZD or USD?+
Sales in DZD pay out in DZD by default. International sales settle in your chosen currency at the official mid-market rate of the sale day.
Refunds and chargebacks?+
A 14-day refund window applies to courses; workshop refunds follow the workshop's individual policy. Chargebacks are deducted from the next payout — repeated patterns trigger a manual review.
Taxes?+
Instructors are responsible for declaring earnings in their jurisdiction. CineDZ provides downloadable monthly statements and an annual summary in the dashboard.
